Powder dosing instrument

Powder Doser is a laboratory instrument that allows the automatic or continuous addition of powders, crystalline, granules of solid substances and reagents.

This instrument, composed of a dosing unit coupled to a stepping motor controlled by modern electronics, allows constant and reproducible dosing even of solids which do not flow well.

Our new powder dosing instrument, HI-DOSER offers increased dosing rates of 250 mg/min to 250 g/min with larger capacity vessel of 3 L.

Why to choose me? The addition of powder with the LAMBDA DOSER has a very good reproducibility and a good precision. Because the motor of the driving unit is controlled with quartz-driven electronics, similarly as it is done in electronic watches.
Where to use me? Powdery and crystalline reagents are still added into reaction vessels by spoon. This is against the safety rules, there is a risk of contamination of persons by toxic substances. Since the DOSER is air tight the substances are not affected by water vapour, oxygen or other contamination.
